2. Products & Customization

All products on EmpressCraft are made-to-order and customized according to your specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use any design, logo, or image you upload
• Your uploaded content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You accept that the final product may vary slightly from the digital preview due to the nature of embroidery, printing, and handcrafted production

3. Order Process

After placing an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email
• Our team will review your customization within 24 hours
• If there are any issues with your design file, we will contact you
• Production begins after design approval

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the displayed currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via PayPal.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Production time: 3-5 business days
• Shipping time: 9-17 working days depending on destination
• We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or does not match your specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will remake or refund at our discretion.
• Customization Errors: If we made an error in customization, we will remake the product free of charge.
• Change of Mind: As each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• Proof: Photos of any defects may be required for review.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the designs and images you submit to us. By submitting content, you grant us permission to produce your customized product. We reserve the right to showcase completed work on our website and social media (without revealing personal information), unless you explicitly opt out.

8. Limitation of Liability

EmpressCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
